I was born and raised in McAlester and was blessed with an opportunity to come home and raise my three, now adult children, as "Buffaloes". My wife of 41 years, Jayna, a Wilburton native, and I are proud to be a part of this community and giving back to what has given us, much. I have served for 15 years on the Board of Shared Blessings, a local non-profit that provides food, clothing and housing to those in need and am a longtime member of the McAlester Rotary Club.

My interests away from the office include spending time with my church, my family , especially my two grandsons, boating on Lake Eufaula, classic cars, and playing pickleball.
